What is treatment like ?
Using fingers and thumbs on precise points of your body, small rolling type moves are made over muscles, tendons, ligaments and myofascia. The body is left to rest for short periods (of a few minutes) in between sets of Bowen moves, to allow the body to absorb the information it has received and initiate its healing process. The touch is light and gentle, not manipulative, and is suitable for anyone. If preferred, Bowen can be performed through light clothing. A Bowen treatment is generally pleasant to receive, and many clients become so relaxed that they fall asleep during the treatment.
